6:55 p.m. 2012-09-13 (one of) the first WILD peachfronted conure photo i tookHeh. Here is the first Peachfronted Conure photograph I took in the wilds of Bolivia. It wasn't too hard to find. The pair was in some trees right by the road. Too cute. I just got the one bird in the photo -- trying to zoom in too close I guess. Not a technically great photo but it was the achievement of a lifetime for me, considering how far I'd come. © 2011 by elaine radfordnear trinidad, boliviaUpdate 2017: Thanks to the photobucket collapse, I don't know if this is the first wild peachfront conure photo I took. I think it comes later, from the airfield in the Bolivian Pantanal. But it's all the same trip.
