I've lived with Peachfront Conures Aratinga aurea for 30 years. I've bred 'em, trained 'em, even visited Bolivia to observe them in the wild. For more about me, click right here.

Whew. I have finally gotten ahead of the mulberry tree, and I think it's going to stop growing for a few months, so I no longer have much mulberry browse to offer my birds. Instead, I just did a big clean-up and then I installed a new bird toy, completely with bird-safe bell, in each flight. Result: Both pairs have eaten a new perch, and Courtney has spent a decent amount of time hanging upside-down to give his bell the hairy eyeball. No one has rung any bells.
