Dale has passed over the rainbow bridge

I have some sad news to share. Dale has passed very suddenly this afternoon at the age of 25 years old. I hatched this little sweetie on April 7, 1991, so I'm still somewhat in shock, as is her companion of many years, 26-year-old Courtney. I'll be posting some photos in her memory later.I realize that 25 is a respectable old age for a small conure, and that it was a blessing for her that she was never sick for a moment, but I'm still stunned at the unexpectedness of her passing. I think Courtney is too. Good-bye, Dale. I will always remember the beauty you brought into my life.
