My peachfront conures are still liking the nutriberries. I had to switch away from Zupreem for awhile, because they were getting super picky about what color they would eat -- which resulted in a lot of waste. It's all in their head, I'm sure. Each color is as nutritious as the next, and sometimes they would switch up which was the "hated" color of the day. For instance, one day they'd leave all the yellows, and another day they'd leave all the reds, and so on. I don't know how you get four peachfronted conures to agree on something, but they knew. And it was driving me batty.

Lafeber's Gourmet Tropical Fruit Nutri-Berries for Parrots are not colorful at all, which removes the temptation for them to play their silly games. And they smell great. Now that we're getting cooler weather, the peachfronts seem particularly good about going to the nutri-berries first and cleaning their plates. So...highly recommended.

My July 2014 review on Amazon was short but sweet:

I'm tempted to switch to this product as a primary food rather than just a treat for my peachfronted conures and yellow-crown Amazon. It smells good, and the birds always go for it first these days.

Now that I've made the switch, I'm still very happy -- and my peachfronts seem to be happy too.
